Should any of the shortlisted properties be of interest, we will then conduct a viewing on our client’s behalf.
After the viewing/s we will discuss our findings with the client. At this point, our client can decide if they would like to view the property in person or have us conduct a video phone viewing.
If the property is of interest, we would assist our client in submitting an offer and further negotiations.
We are also able to assist with arranging a property survey, obtaining property finance, obtaining quotes from builders and other trades.

Video call viewings
If you have identified a property of interest, but are unable to view it in person, then our video call viewing service may be perfect for you. We arrange a convenient time with you and the selling agent to conduct an in-depth video viewing. We typically use Skype, WhatsApp video or Facetime.
We conduct a full property viewing and you are welcome to guide us in terms of what you wish to see. Unlike the selling agent, we aim to show you the full picture.
A common concern about video viewings conducted by selling agents is they may omit certain things from view. For example, a neighbouring property that overlooks the back garden.
Our objecting with the video viewing is to give you as close to an in-person viewing experience as possible.
